The practice of Sound Healing includes tuning the nervous system with vibrations of the human voice as well as sacred instruments.
Sekhem Sound Baths are a powerful hour through the 5 elements. Experience deep grounding, relaxation, and the most beautiful journey into the Abyss. Allow your body, mind, and soul to be soothed by crystal bowls, gongs, harp, drums, and more, at our spacious, calm, and serene Sanctuary space.
