Minerals and stones have been around for centuries and are considered the oldest living beings on our planet. They serve as the Earth's vehicles for distributing and balancing energy.

Laura and Deirdre are skillful leaders who cultivate and guide individuals through transformational processes with the assistance and in the presence of crystal energy.  Participants learn about and experience two specimen crystals whose attributes and qualities help to facilitate and integrate healing.

• On November 11th, 2023,  from 1 - 4 pm, at Inner Circle Farm's, The Living Room Gatherings, you have the opportunity to discover and experience Obsidian and Dumortierite crystals whose grounding and healing attributes will cleanse, strengthen, and awaken your capacity for self appreciation and love. As we approach winter "the going within time" it is important to set intentions for a safe and deep space for ourselves to explore what we may learn from our own personal gifts. The powers of this mineral combination to facilitate this journey can be life-altering. Learning to create this "safe space " to do this work and explore the results of accessing guidance existing there is the intention of our gathering.

During the event, you will have the opportunity to:

• Explore unique crystal combinations selected for their properties and attributes
• Interact with the crystals through touch, guided meditation, inspirational stories, mudras, and breath work
• Enhance your knowledge and awaken your senses, bringing you closer to nature and your healing journey

Join us at Inner Circle Farm, 40 White Hawk Trail, Patterson, NY. We gather on Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
