Erin is a registered Yoga instructor who offers intuitively guided practices yin, gentle flows, vinyasa, and power classes. With breath, movement, and intention, Erin is passionate about guiding people to connect with their bodies and explore what is alive within.
Join her class and lean into yourself with compassion, play, peace, and joy.
Energy Exchange: $18 per class
Upon reaching Inner Circle Farm, kindly park in front of the Horse Barn. Please be considerate when parking to optimize space for all attendees and refrain from parking in front of the doors.
Our Sanctuary, The Living Room Gatherings, is in the house across the road from the horse barn.
