Join us for an unforgettable night of movement and connection with Bridging Worlds: Movement Through the Elements. This unique offering brings together Sekhem Ceremonial Dance and Contact Improvisation Dance Movements to create a truly transformative experience.
Sekhem Dance is a form of movement meditation that draws inspiration from ancient Egyptian healing practices. It combines flowing, intuitive movements with powerful energetic work to help release physical and emotional blockages, increase vitality, and connect with one's inner wisdom.
Contact Improvisation Dance is a creative and dynamic form of dance that emphasizes improvisation and connection with other dancers. It involves exploring weight sharing, partnering, and fluid movement to create a unique and ever-changing dance experience. Contact Improvisation Dance is a great way to improve physical coordination, flexibility, and communication skills while having fun and connecting with others.
