About the Event
Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and is an ancient technique for self-healing and harmonizing the mind and body with its own natural intelligence.
Together, these Vedic sciences and mindfulness lifestyles work with people on all levels, treating diseases at the root cause and helping us to better understand and heal the WHOLE self: Mind, Body & Consciousness.
During our time together we will explore practical hands-on methods to help us transition through the Fall with vitality. Learn how to move, eat and nourish your body and mind with daily rituals such as yoga asana (physical poses), abhyanga (self-massage), pranayama (yogic breathing), and mantra. A hearty kitchari will be served for lunch at the end of our time together.
